Anna Goranson

As Chief People Officer, Anna advances organizational success by collaborating with leaders and team members to strengthen culture, launch strategic initiatives, and establish operational frameworks that empower every employee to do their best work.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience in people-centric organizational development and strategy to complex, innovative, high-growth environments. Prior to joining Terray in 2022, she led rapid headcount expansion and operational maturation as Chief Administrative Officer & Chief People Officer at Universal Hydrogen, a company on the forefront of decarbonizing aviation with hydrogen-electric propulsion; served as Head of People at Airspace, a real-time, data-driven logistics platform for time-critical shipments and held senior people-operations roles at MediaAlpha and AvePoint, where she supported IPO-level growth and global expansion. Across each venture, Anna has architected scalable talent strategies, compensation frameworks, and culture programs that help breakthrough technologies reach commercial inflection faster.

Anna received her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University in Applied Economics and completed graduate coursework in Data Analytics.

Beyond her work at Terray, Anna is the Board Chair of Able ARTS Work, a nonprofit that promotes empowerment through creative expression.
