Eli Berlin

As Co-founder and Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Eli establishes strategic business, financial, and operational objectives and works closely with the executive and operational teams to execute. Eli has successfully spearheaded multiple fundraising initiatives that have fueled the company’s growth, securing over $250 million in funding to advance Terray’s mission. His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company’s strategic trajectory internally toward clinical development and externally with partners, positioning Terray at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

Prior to co-founding Terray, Eli worked in private equity at Parthenon Capital Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm, where he led transactions across healthcare, software, and financial services. Eli has also held roles at Irving Place Capital and Lehman Brothers. He received a BA with honors from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Stanford University. Eli lives with his family in the Bay Area.
